Press Release: Lasker Foundation Appoints New President
The Lasker Foundation is pleased to welcome Claire Pomeroy as its new president. An expert in infectious diseases, Dr. Pomeroy comes to the Foundation from the University of California, Davis, where she serves as professor of internal medicine, microbiology and immunology, as Dean of the School of Medicine, CEO of the UC Davis Health System, and Vice Chancellor for Human Health Sciences. Dr. Pomeroy joins the Foundation this spring.
